O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct learned Judicial Magistrate No.V,Tirunelveli to expedite the trial and dispose of PRC.No.38 of 2025 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct direct the learned Sessions Judge, (Mahila) Court, Madurai to expedite the trial and dispose the case in S.C.No.343 of 2019 on its file as time frame fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. Based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.353 of 2024 against the accused persons. After filing of final report, it has been taken cognizance in PRC No.38 of 2025. Therefore, seeks for speedy disposal and this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case has been 2/5

registered in Cr.No.353 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 296(b), 103(1), 351(3), 191(2), 191(3), 61(2), 294(b), 3(5), 190 of BNS. After completion of investigation, they have filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court and the same is pending for committal. The case is posted for appearance of accused persons. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and also considering the pendency of the case, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli to complete the committal proceedings in PRC No.38 of 2025 as early as possible without giving long adjournments, beyond 15 days. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
