PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned notification issued by the 2nd respondent in A.No.903/2019, dated 13.12.2018 with regard to the 37 post of Junior Bailiff, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner and others based on seniority and eligibility for the post of Junior Bailiff/Process Server, within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
