The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.12.2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 and 5 based on forged documents have obtained patta in respect of the petitioner's property. The petitioner has therefore made an application to cancel the said patta as well as forged documents.

4. The present pattadhars who have not been arrayed as respondents are now represented by their counsel and he objects to the writ petition being allowed stating that they had purchased the property way back in the year 2005.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct due enquiry based on the petitioner's application, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as other interested parties, who have purchased the property and have also obtained patta. Considering the fact that the private respondents have already taken steps to obtain DTCP approval before the 3rd respondent, enquiry shall be conducted and petitioner's representation shall be disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving a fair opportunity to all the parties concerned and final order shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
