of M/S.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.17213 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1076 of 2023 dated 28.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner Mr.M.Mayil Vahana Rajendran and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police are present before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and also submitted that the investigation is going on.

5. Considering the nature and the gravity of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.17213 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1076 of 2023 dated 2/3

28.03.2024 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
