2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.159 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
