Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the 1/3

following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7368 of 2024, vide order dated 22.05.2024. 2.This Court granted bail to the petitioner by directing her to furnish details about her Aadhar Card. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not having any Aadhar Card and she is from Kerala. 3.Since it is a theft case and the petitioner is also from Kerala, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Since the petitioner is not having any valid identification, she has not come out, even after grant of bail by this Court. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial on day-to-day basis and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
