ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioners on the basis of the complaint lodged by them dated 03.06.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are enjoying the petition mentioned properties as per the Will, dated 09.10.2003. But, the third respondent threatened the petitioner and tried to evict them from the properties. Hence, the petitioners lodged a complaint, dated 03.06.2022, before the second respondent, seeking police protection. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on 31.05.2022, the first petitioner has lodged a complaint and the same was enquired and closed. He further stated that the respondent police are ready to consider the complaint, dated 03.06.2022.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10767 of 2022 4.Recording the same, the respondent police are directed to consider the complaint, dated 03.06.2022 and take appropriate action in this regard.
