Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.APPAJI.C.K.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate(Crl.side)on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Court has passed the following order:- "i)The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul." 2.This Court has imposed the condition to execute the bond of Rs.25,000/- with two blood sureties.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that surety has no properties. Hence he seeks interference of this Court to modify the condition. But he has sufficient money in his Postal Savings Account. Hence he seeks modification of the condition.

4.Considering the submission, this Court modifies the condition 2/3
