This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.95 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.95 of 2015, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, under due intimation of the de facto complainant.
