ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the year 2019 alleging that the fourth respondent and others have ex-communicated the petitioner and his family members from the village and they refused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.4227 of 2019 to collect 'Pullivari' (Temple Tax) from them and therefore, they are unable to participate in the temple festival and celebration of Sri Vaadi Karuppar/Andhara Nachiyamman Temple, Kambanoor, Tirupattur Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2. Pursuant to the notice served to the respondents, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent today submitted that the petitioner, the fourth respondent and others appeared before the police station and has submitted that they have compromised and presently the petitioner and his family members are accepted by the community and they are living happily and cordially and therefore, there is no grievance.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there may be a direction to the fourth respondent and others to accept 'Pullivari' from the petitioner herein.

4. It is needless to record it since the parties have already settled their dispute amicably, if there is any grievance in future, it is always open to the petitioner herein to seek appropriate remedy.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
