JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was made by P. VELMURUGAN, J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed challenging the interlocutory order passed in I.A. No.4 of 2020 in HMOP No. 349 of 2019 dated 17.05.2021.
2. No appeal will lie against interlocutory order passed by the Family Court which is barred under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984. The impugned order passed by the Family Court in I.A. No.4 of 2020 appears to be an interlocutory order and therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable.. However now the main petition in HMOP No.349 of 2019 itself was disposed of on merits, under these circumstances, the relief sought for in this appeal has become infructuous.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed as infructuous.
