ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that earlier, the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17372 of 2021 and the same was dismissed by this Court on 10.11.2021. By suppressing the order of dismissal in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17372 of 2021, the present Crl.O.P(MD).No.10761 of 2022 has been filed by this petitioner.

2.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed.
