[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to remove the encroachments, including the wall, made by the third respondent in a public street, namely, S.Ramasamy Street (also known as Tower Line 2nd Cross Street), situated at Town Survey No.45/6, Ward No.65, Zone No.2, Madurai City, Madurai District.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either submitted that the encroachments as well as the offending wall have already been removed and the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 2/3
3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and the same is therefore dismissed. No costs.
