O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 28.09.2021, passed by the second respondent, rejecting the petitioner's request to revise the petitioner's seniority in an appropriate place in the list of candidates selected for appointment as Sub-Inspector of Police for the year 1997-1998, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.534, dated 06.07.2009.

2.The very same issue was subject matter of consideration by the Principal Seat of this Court in W.P.No.13033 of 2020 etc., 2/5

batch dated 14.03.2024, wherein a similar relief that is being sought for in this Writ Petition was rejected, as the Writ Petition came to be dismissed. The said fact is also not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. In fact, I had also through my order dated 23.09.2025 passed in W.P.(MD)Nos.10657 to 10665 of 2021, had followed the order dated 14.03.2024 passed by the Principal Seat in W.P.No.13033 of 2020 etc., batch and dismissed the aforesaid batch of Writ Petitions. Since the petitioner is similarly placed, this Writ Petition has also got to be dismissed.

2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
