ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present writ petition is direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2018.

2. The representation reveals that the underground electricity cable is to be commissioned in the entire locality. It is a policy decision to be taken by the Government and the TANGEDCO and the Court cannot issue any direction to lay underground electricity cable which involves huge financial implications. However, if any electricity cable is in dangerous condition, necessary steps are to be taken to rectify the same and ensure the safety of security of the people located in the area.
