ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action to trace out the Original Document in Doc.No.322/2007, Photo, Petition for transfer of patta, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.05.2022.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) stated that the representation, dated 17.05.2022, has been received through online. For the same, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.12249 of 2022 CSR.No.201 of 2022 has been assigned and the investigation is in progress. Further, he submitted that the petitioner has not appeared before the respondent police. However, he provided necessary document to support his complaint and the respondent police is ready to consider the complaint.
3.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to consider the representation, dated 17.05.2022 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
