ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in the name of the temple, namely Arulmighu Balamanulu Sithikittuvaru Kula Perumal Swamy Koil, in respect of the property comprised in Re-Survey No.314/23, situated at Kullalagundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, and Mr.S.Sivathilakar, learned counsel for the third respondent.
3. According to the petitioner, he is the President of the Administrative Committee of Arulmighu Balamanulu Sithikittuvaru Kula Perumal Swamy Koil at Kullalagundu Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. The temple is situated in S.F.No.314/23 and is claimed to be the family deity of the petitioner and his family members. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 26.05.2022 before the Assistant Director of Land Survey Department, District Collectorate, Dindigul. The said representation was forwarded to the second respondent by proceedings in Ma.Pa. No. 2/5
213/2022 dated 07.06.2022. However, the second respondent has not considered the representation. Hence, the petitioner has come before this court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the petitioner's representation will be duly considered after proper enquiry.

In view of the submissions made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.05.2022 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the third respondent, and other interested parties.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. .
