PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 3rd respondent made in Na.Ka.No.115/2018/ Kapovaku dated 09.02.2019 and quash the same as illegal.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the impugned layout approval, which is under challenge in the present writ petition, has been cancelled by the authorities during the pendency of the writ petition and thereafter, new layout was approved in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act. 2/4
