2. The subject matter pertains to conducting of the petition-mentioned temple festival. It is not for the writ Court to lay down what are the customs. The temple festival can very well go on. If any individual wants to assert any particular right, it is he who must go to the civil Court for getting declaration. The jurisdictional police will not take any responsibility in this regard. They need not give any police protection. If any information is received regarding commission of any offence, then the jurisdictional police can 2/4
