ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police wants to enquire this petitioner with regard to the pending case in Crime No.261 of 2018.

3.The respondent police shall issue a summon to the petitioner and thereafter conducting the enquiry. Since the petitioner is not an accused in the said case, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
