RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by order dt 25.04.2022 in Cr.M.P(MD).No.5187/2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2138/2022 by this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5187 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2138 of 2022 on 25.04.2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.6873 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5187 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2138 of 2022 on 25.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month ie., the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
