ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already the petitioner was released on bail by the Station House Officer for the above said crime No.190 of 2026. 1/3

Now they only issued summon to the petitioner for investigation. 2.Since already the petitioner was released on bail by the Station House Officer, granting of anticipatory bail by this Court does not arise. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition stands closed.
