ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
