O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere into the civil matter pertaining to shop situate in TS.No.5914/2 Door No.38, Thirumayam Road, Kalif Nagar, Pudukkottai Town.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.1260 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, it is seen that it is purely civil dispute in respect of which a suit in O.S.No.25 of 2020 is also pending before the Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai and therefore, the parties were directed to work out their remedy before the concerned court and on that basis it came to be closed on 25.07.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though it has been closed the second respondent has harassed the petitioner during the course of enquiry. If the petitioner got any grievance against the second respondent, he has to work out his remedy before the first respondent herein.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and this petition is disposed of.
