ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, in Crime No.222 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had transported the 1⁄4 unit of river sand illegally. Hence, the complaint.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there are three previous cases similar in nature are pending against the petitioner.
5.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
