When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.08.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the complaint lodged by the daughter of the petitioner was closed and after that, one Raj Kumar was making complaint through the mother. Since there was no representation for the petitioner and the compliant given by the daughter of the petitioner was closed, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed for default.
