Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2024 and to cancel sale deed document executed on 04.03.2024 before the 3rd respondent. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3 and the learned Government Advocate for R6. Issuance of notice to R4 & R5 is dispensed with.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned sale deed on the ground that he did not receive the entire sale consideration as mentioned in the document. It is well settled that on this ground, the document cannot be cancelled. Of-course, the petitioner can pursue his remedy both before the criminal forum as well as the civil Court. The petitioner has already lodged a complaint and it has been registered as Crime No.80 of 2024 on the file of the 2/4

Kulasekarapatinam Police Station. The 6th respondent is directed to conclude investigation and file final report on merits and in accordance with law before the jurisdictional Court within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
