Prayer in CRL RC(MD).NO.273 of 2020 :- This Petition is filed under Section 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.214 of 2020 in Crime No.6 of 2020 dated 21.02.2020 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trail of Cases Registered under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Ramanathapuram and set-aside the same.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Veerakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

The petition is filed to extend the period of time imposed in the order in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.273 of 2020 dated 16.03.2020. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that due to covid and pandemic situation, the petitioner was not able to comply the condition no.4(b) imposed by this Court and prays extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.There is no objection on behalf of the respondent.

4.In view of the same, this petition is allowed and the extension of time is granted for a period of two weeks from today (28.09.2020).
