: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned advertisement issued by the 3rd respondent in "Dina Thanthi" dated 31.01.2019, quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent herein to fill up the post of Physical Education Director in the 3rd respondent-School by way of promotion by considering the petitioner as per Rule 15(4)(ii) of the T.N Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Rule within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court.

W.P(MD)No.4392 of 2019 2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the process of selection was concluded and the eligible candidates had already been appointed and working. However, the petitioner has not participated in the process of selection.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the appointment is yet to be approved by the competent educational authority.

4.Under these circumstances, it is left open to the writ petitioner to redress his remedy in a proper manner, as known to law.
