ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.1681 of 2020 registered under Sections 465, 468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C and take appropriate action against the accused in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completion of investigation in Crime No.1681 of 2020, the second respondent filed a final report before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam on 29.10.2021. However, it was returned for certain compliance and not yet represented.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to re-present the final report and on re-presentation, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam is directed to take cognizance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the re-presentation.
