The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to cancel the patta issued to the respondents 3 to 6 and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2025, within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.This Court cannot grant any positive Mandamus, directing the cancellation of patta as sought for by the writ petitioner. However, considering the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 27.03.2025, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's said representation, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondents 3 to 6 and pass final orders within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
