The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition in the light of the orders passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.20384 to 20386 of 2017, dated 22.06.2023 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
