PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 2nd respondent 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 2nd respondent not to entertain or register any documents regarding in survey numbers

(1) Survey. No. 1557/4 to the extent of 1 acre 52 cents (2) Survey-No.998/5 to the extent of 49 cents (3) Survey-No.1556/2 to the extent of 1 acre 63 cents (4) Survey-No.1563/4 to the extent of 2 acre 36 cents (5) Survey-No 1556/1 to the extent of 2 acre 91 cents and (6) Survey-No.1138 to the extent of 10 acre situated in Ayyampalayam (Taluk), Dindigul (Dist) during pendency of the enquiry before the 1st respondent U/s 77A Registration act by this court. 2/4

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
