O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute on the basis of the petitioner's reply dated 16.04.2025.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner for the civil dispute. Based on the same, the second respondent called the petitioner for enquiry and when the petitioner appeared for enquiry, the second respondent threatened the petitioner to settle the amount to the private respondent and also used abusive words. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 16.04.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2/5

respondent police would submit that based on the fourth respondent's complaint, they called the petitioner for enquiry. Both the parties appeared and sought for adjournment for producing some documents. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.According to the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 3 interfered with the petitioner's civil dispute thereby, he sent the representation but the same has not been considered. The respondents 2 and 3 denied the alleged harassment and stated that only based on the fourth respondent's complaint, they called the petitioner for enquiry and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition. 6.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the fourth respondent's complaint along with the 3/5

petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order.

7.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
