The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was no instructions from the petitioner and the learned counsel took effort to contact the petitioner. However, there was no response from the petitioner. 2/4
2. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to reopen the case, in case if he wants to contest in future.
