ORDER

This revision petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District to dispose of the case in A.S.No.29 of 2017 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

3.Having regard to the scope of appeal and the fact that the appeal is posted for arguments from February'2018, this Court is of the view that a direction for early disposal of the appeal will be in the interest of justice.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi, Thoothukudi District, is directed to dispose of the case in A.S.No.29 of 2017 within a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
