ORDER

The petitioners seek for the following relief:- "Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the resolutions taken in the peace committee meeting convened by the first respondent on 25.03.2025."

2. I heard Mr.C.T.Perumal for the petitioner, Mr.S.Shaji Bino for the first respondent, Mr.M.Karunanithi for the second respondent and Mr.S.M.Anandha Murugan for the third respondent.

3. A resolution of the peace committee is not statutory in nature for the petitioners to get a Mandamus. Nonetheless, Mr.S.M.Anandha Murugan appearing for the third respondent states that the third respondent will not interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment over which the 2/4

petitioners are in occupation of including their water connection. The said statement of Mr.S.M.Anandha Murugan is recorded.

4. This writ petition stands disposed of with the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
