Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has been instructed by the petitioner that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the course in 2/6
the fourth respondent college for certain reasons. He only wants the certificates back. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent college states that all the original certificates of the petitioner will be returned to the petitioner. It is further undertaken that in the transfer certificate the character of the petitioner will be certified as good and there would be no black mark. Any other certificate which the petitioner requires such as discontinuance certificate will also be given to the petitioner so that the petitioner's future prospects will not be affected.
