O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation for police protection dated 16.05.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner sent the representation through postal and the same is under enquiry and they will conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same within a period of one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the third respondent, is inclined to pass orders. Page No. 2 of 4

Since the representation of the petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.05.2024 and dispose of the same in accordance with law after affording opportunity to both the party within a period one week from the date of this order.

6. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
