No.23686 of 2019, dated 11.11.2019 and punish them accordingly. Prayer in WP(MD). 23686/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in A.Thi.Mu.no.5618/Aa2/2019 dt 25.7.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve my appointment with effect from 2.6.2018 and further direct the respondents to disburse all service and monitory benefits For Petitioner : Mr.S.Chellapandian For Respondents : Mrs.Srimathy Special Government Pleader

It is stated by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with on 23.11.2020. Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature.

2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands Closed. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved against the compliance order dated 23.11.2020, it is open to her to challenge the same in accordance with law.
