ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.04.2022 and pass suitable orders for registering the complaint as given by the petitioner as against the respondents 4 to 9 for the illegal, 2/5

registration of the sale deed in respect of the immovable property bearing Survey Nos. 223/3B and 223/3C situated at Aithaan Kattalai Village, Sivagamipuram, Alankulam Taluk, Tenkasi District forthwith. 2.When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the complaint, dated 11.04.2022 has been received by the respondent police, for the same, CSR No.228 of 2022 has been assigned. Further he stated that the petitioner appeared for enquiry before the respondent police and was advised to approach civil Court, as the matter is civil in nature. Thereafter, the petitioner also gave a written letter stating that he will workout the remedy before the civil Court. Hence, the complaint was closed.
