The Writ Petition is taken up for admission. Learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner's application for survey dated 22.07.2024 has already been processed and survey is proposed to be conducted on 07.05.2025 and copy of the said notice has also been served on the learned Counsel for the petitioner today. 2.Considering the above, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the representation to be concluded on or before 31.05.2025, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
