The revision petitioners filed a plaint bearing D.No.7336 of 2016 before the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam. The said plaint has not been numbered by citing the pendency of the writ petition, said to have been filed by the revision petitioner herein.

2. This Court is of the view that the plaint need not be kept unnumbered for this reason. The Court below is directed to number the plaint if it is otherwise in order. The Registry to return the original plaint filed by the revision petitioner herein.
