This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order made by the respondent in Letter Ref.No.IMP/307505049/18 dated 14.08.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Senior Standing Counsel for the respondent would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
