ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.192 of 2019 dated 20.10.2019 and to file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.192 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
