2.The impugned order dated 05.02.2019 passed by the District Revenue Officer, Madurai purports to correct an UDR error. The order 2/6

itself reads that it is subject to the outcome of O.S.No.258 of 2018 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai. When the rights of the contesting parties have been adequately protected, there is no need for the Writ Court to interfere with the same. 3.Granting liberty to the parties to workout their rights in the pending civil suit, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
