This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 374(2) Cr. P.C., and Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST Act, 1989 as amended Act 1 of 2016 to call for the records and set aside the bail dismissal order of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, dated 22.04.2022 in Crime No. 232 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. V.M. Jegadeeshapandian, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. B. Nambi Selvan, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD) No.309 of 2022, dated 19.05.2022.

CRL MP(MD). No.7052 of 2022 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e, on every Saturday, at 10.30 am, until further orders.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
