The petitioner based on sale deed and patta mutated in his name has applied for survey on 16.12.2024.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the survey officials came to the spot for survey and because of the objections of the neighbouring land owners, survey could not be conducted. The petitioner has given a representation on 22.04.2025, for disposing of the petitioner's survey application.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey, after advance intimation to the fourth respondent seeking adequate police protection and after putting on notice the adjoining neighbouring land owners, survey shall be conducted and the application of the petitioner be disposed of, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
