ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.06.2022 and subsequently, pass an order to register the petitioner's complaint as against the respondents Nos. 4 to 6.

W.P(MD).No.12310 of 2022 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, CSR.No.210 of 2022 has been assigned, the respondent police enquired the matter and found that a civil suit in O.S.No.256 of 2021 is pending before the District Munsif Court, Tenkasi District. Further stated that enquiry is pending and the respondent police is ready to complete the enquiry within a period of one week.
3.Recording the same, the respondent police is hereby directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take suitable action. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
