COMMON PRAYER: Writ PetitionS under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records, pertaining to the impugned notice dated 08.10.2018, issued by the respondents 2 and 3 and quash the same as arbitrary illegal null and void and direct the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioners in service.

COMMON ORDER The relief as such sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the impugned notice dated 08.10.2018, issued by the respondents 2 and 3 and to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioners in service.
2.The impugned notice dated 08.10.2018 is relieving orders issued by the Private College Management stating that the service of the petitioners is not required in the college from 09.01.2019 and accordingly, the petitioners were relieved from service. 3.The respondent College is a Private Management and not Aided by the Government. Though the petitioners were appointed in the said Private College, they have relieved from the post on the ground that the management has taken a decision that the services of the petitioners were no more required. If at all the decision is wrong, the petitioners have to approach the appropriate forum for the purpose of adjudication of the issues. The respondent college is a private college and therefore, the writ petition need not be entertained and the learned counsel for the respondent College brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners were relieved from service in the year 2019 itself and already 4 years lapsed.
4.This being the factum, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the competent forum, if at all any grievance exist. Accordingly, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
